In terms of their relative value as antioxidants, both are powerful in different ways. Acai juice has anthocyanins where goji juice has carotenoids; both have phenolics. All this scientific mumbo-jumbo aside, the bottom line in this comparison appears to be that since goji berries/goji juice and acai berries/acai juice offer such a disparate variety of healthy ingredients, drinking both might be the best.
